Amanda makes the connection between business and design, after 10 years of experience in the most diverse projects, ranging from brand strategy to all sorts of print and digital design applications. With creativity and empathy, she brings different perspectives to the development of products and services, by matching customer experience and business viability.
After doing the MBA at the University of British Columbia, she brings the design thinking mindset to the most complex business problems, developing an overarching experience as a consultant for startups within the technology and innovation space.
Prior to the MBA, she had the opportunity to manage global-scale projects, such as the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and Brazil Olympic Committee. By managing BOC's branding strategy, she was proud to contribute to improving the perception of the brand that represents her nation's athletes. As a martial arts practitioner for more than 10 years, she also sees them as an inspiration and as a symbol of determination and perseverance.
Amanda is passionate about applying creativity and a life-centred approach to projects with the potential to disrupt the status quo and shape our future. She is driven by working with innovations that change the way we interact to bring better outcomes for humankind.
